Good 27º cloudy morning. Burrrrrr.....
Sunrise:
WOW, yesterday we hit 53º!
An LOL shared by my pal Ellen Naugle Pantalone....
Earl and Bubba are quietly sitting on a boat fishing, chewing tobacco, and
drinking beer when suddenly Bubba says, "Think I'm gonna divorce my wife - she
ain't spoke to me in over 2 months."
Earl spits overboard, takes a long slow sip of beer and says, "Better think
it over ... women like that are hard to find."
Yesterday I went into Grants Pass to have a blood draw at the
Three Rivers Lab. Then onto Safeway for dog food, cat food, and wine! Then a
stop at Pita Pit, next to the now closed Albertson's.....
I had never been to a Pita Pit before. They have pita sandwiches: meat
pitas, veggie pitas, and breakfast pitas.
I ordered two. Oink. One was hummus with fresh spinach, avocado, tomato,
olives, and pepper jack cheese.
The other one is a veggie pita with a bunch of veggies and ranch jalapeno
dressing! Today's lunch!
Here are locations... if you have not tried one, you MUST!!!!
How about this.... stuffed slow cooker apples.... like apple pie only
without the crust!
Pals Joe (ret LASD) and Jo Ann Kirk are celebrating their 8th
wedding anniversary today. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY kids!!!
