Good 30.5º dark gloomy foggy/cloudy morning.
I posted this 5 years ago on this date:
At one point the rain started coming
down really hard and I saw the feral kitty run like mad towards the barn and the
opening under one stall to get out of the rain. Then a little later the rain
subsided and out came kitty .... on the hunt...
He was one tough little guy to survive out there for almost 5
years! Now he's spoiled and can come in get warm and dry whenever he wants.
This is interesting....
The Tyrannosaurus Rex was one of the largest meat eating
dinosaurs that ever lived. A TR weighed about 9 tons (18,000 pounds), was
between 15 - 20 feet tall, and measured 40 feet in length. He was also one of
the largest dinosaurs ever lived and was a fierce carnivore. Scientists believe
this predator could eat up to 500 pounds of meat in one bite. The TR lived in
forested river valleys in North America during the late Cretaceous period. It
became extinct about 65 million years ago in the *Cretaceous-Tertiary mass
extinction.

Hope your New Years Celebration is fun!
National Champagne Day
I have a bottle of it in the fridge, so I may open it later and have some
just to celebrate the passing of 2016 and the election results!
Celebrating New Year's Eve was something Jerry and I normally didn't do as we usually worked the Rose Parade and had to be at the command post at 3am! UGH!
