fawn:
Yesterday I made more chicken noodle soup. It's
sooooo good. I used about 3-4 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into
bite sized pieces, and browned in olive oil. Into the pot went 2 32oz cartons
chicken stock and 6 cups water, garlic, several shallots cut up, 2 pkgs button
mushrooms cut in half, green beans cut to bite size, 1 cup white wine, 1/2 pkg
peeled baby carrots, 6 stalks celery cut up, Tuscan seasoning, and salt and
pepper to taste. I cooked all this on med/low for 2 hours, added in the package
of egg noodles and cooked another hour. OMGOOOOOOD!!! I can't get
enough!!!
