Later dinner was an Omaha Filet Mignon cooked in the Air Fryer (370º 14 minutes, turn over and an additional 3 minutes).... some quinoa, cooked in my rice cooker and then put in a big pan on the stove and all the veggies (steamed broccoli, green beans, celery) and cut up artichoke bottoms and olives...drizzled with olive oil, spices added, and heated.

Perfect! Even saved a couple bites of the steak for Dude!

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Sunday. Ciao

The easiest peanut butter fudge:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 t. vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter

Put the milk and sugar in a pan and bring to boil. Boil 2 ½ minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until mixed. Pour into greased pan. Cool. Cut.

Oh my, one of my favorites, peanut butter fudge! My mother would bake like crazy this time of year and make that for me.

Your dinner looked amazing!

That photo of your mountain with the fog looks like a painting! You should have it printed and blown up and framed. Wow!

Well, no fudge for me! I was getting ready to go to the Gala last night when I put on a beautiful red evening suit I've had for a long time. It was too tight so I had to change! :( That right there was a signal that I have to go on some kind of diet! I sit at this computer too much and don't get enough exercise! :(
I think it's called the middle age spread but I am past middle age! :(
