Good 45º clear sunny morning. Warmed a bit more yesterday, hit 91º by 3pm.
Throw Back Thursday... 2009 trip to Greece and Turkey. Here is the
Acropolis in Athens:
Yesterday I worked on the second Smilebox of the drive-through part of

This had to be Bill Clintoooon in the White House!
This is a sweet short video about a Military Dog and his combat

Historically this date....
1504 – Michelangelo's David is unveiled
in Florence.
1883 – The Northern Pacific
Railway (reporting mark NP) was completed in a
ceremony at Gold Creek, Montana. Former president Ulysses S.
Grant drove in the final "golden spike" in an
event attended by rail and political luminaries.
1892 – The Pledge of
Allegiance is first recited.
... there is not enough room on this page to
state my anger with liberal left-wing socialist trash who have caused the
cessation of reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance in our
schools!
1975 – Gays in the
military: US Air Force Tech Sergeant Leonard
Matlovich, a decorated veteran of theVietnam War, appears in his Air Force uniform on the cover of Time magazine with the headline "I
Am A Homosexual". He is given a general discharge, which was later upgraded to
honorable.
And births this date include....
1922 – Sid Caesar, American comedian
1925 – Peter Sellers, English actor (d. 1980)
1971 – David
Arquette, American actor
Comb it,
dude!
1981 – Jonathan Taylor
Thomas, American actor
Later for dinner ... into the Air Fryer went an Omaha Steaks
chicken breast stuffed with wild rice/gravy. After it had cooked about 12
minutes on 400º I added in two veggie cakes. To serve I topped the veggie cakes
with OPA (Greek yogurt dressing with feta and dill).
Dessert was an Omaha Chocolate Molten Lava Cake... from freezer
to microwave for 50 seconds!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy TBT. Ciao.
