Good 52º clear sunny morning. Hit 101º yesterday.
UGH.
Yesterday I was in a "clean it out" mood and did get rid of a bunch of "old
stuff" in cupboards. Then some vacuuming. Oh how exciting. I also put the new
cover on Dude's couch. But, as I was putting it on, Bruiser got on it and made
himself comfortable!
I guess he must be jealous that Dude has his own couch,
because every evening Bruiser takes it over and Dude either rests on the floor
or heads to my bed!
Then later Dude finally go on the couch, but turned around and got off. He
didn't like the new cover! Swell. So, off it came and on went the sheet he
likes!
Dinner was a combination... I love gnocchi and especially this
Parmesan Gnocchi I get in the refrigerated section at the store...
So, first I cooked the gnocchi for 3-4 minutes in boiling water and
drained....
Then I cooked these 4 Omaha Steaks gourmet franks in the Air Fryer...
Then into the frying pan with olive oil went the gnocchi, peas, tomatoes,
and the broccoli slaw... and sauteéd...
Then I cut the hot dogs up and added them and the roasted garlic Alfredo
sauce and heated through... OMGOOOOOD!!!!!
Dessert.. a caramel tartlet (Omaha Steaks)... keep frozen, into microwave
for 1 minute 10 seconds. PERFECT!!! OMGOSH, I could eat a dozen of these!!!! No
ice cream, no whipped cream... just perfect all by itself!
Last week I was leaving Brian's office and a car coming up one
of the parking lanes pulled right in front of me turning left. Sigh. When I got
next to that vehicle at the signal, the driver, female, was texting. I have this
sign.....

I held it up against my driver's side window. Then put it down and drove
away when the signal was green. As I came down the hill, she was in the left
lane and I in the right. She showed me her hat size!!!!!!!
LOL!!! Good thing I wasn't a cop, here that is a $500 fine! (not the

What a CUTE banana vegetable.
I may serve gnocchi tonight. With fresh peas, procsiutto and gorgonzola sauce. 1 Pan, plus a green salad- 3 oinks and only 2 dishes.
It will be safer once voice recognition technology takes over texting duties.
