Good 53º clear sunny morning. Yesterday I think we topped at 87º. It was
very humid!
Yesterday I mowed for a couple hours. Was running out of gas at one point
so I walked back to the house, got the golf cart and transported the gas can
down to the riding lawnmower. Dude rode with me and then napped on the golf cart
while I mowed some more...
In the meantime Mike got here and was up on the barn roof working on the
gutters...
Then he did a bunch of weed-eating! Dude follows him everywhere!
Later Mike went with me up by the property line at the BLM and where my
pond is to check out a tree my neighbor said is dead and afraid it will fall on
his fence. Mike checked it out and said he could cut it down. YEAH! Then he went
to work on the lawnmower that was running funny as he said some water was in the
filter. He just happened to have a filter with him so he replaced it. He's
pretty amazing, can fix anything! My Dad was like that, my Darling was like
that, and so is my Brian! Then he did more weed-eating. Long day.
