Good 50º sunny clear morning.
Yesterday I opened the door to let Bruiser in and there were two deer, a
young doe and a young buck in my front yard. The doe was munching the poppies
and the grass and the buck was munching the apple tree leaves.... (taken through
the screen door and the kitchen window.... )
A box I got a shipment in is a fav place for the Bruiser!
It has some soft foam in it and he likes laying on that!
I went into town to pick up some prescriptions, took Dude for the ride, and
then to the market for a couple things I forgot on Friday and also items for a
cucumber salsa I saw on FB. It sounded soooooooooo good, I have to make it! I
will share the recipe later..

Dinner last night was Omaha Steaks cod stuffed with crabmeat and one of
their stuffed baked potatoes (I added sour cream on top) and I served it on a
bed of broccoli slaw ....
How easy is that! Put both in the 360º oven for 40 minutes. Voilá
dinner!
Today is mowing lawn day, trash can to road day, set out recycle container,
make a cake day, and make cucumber salsa day. Also the Indy races are on!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Sunday. Ciao.

I too love the Omaha stuffed cod but John doesn't care for it. So they are all mine! :) Or for Eric when he's here. John says he's tired of Omaha and to try a different company. Well so far I can't find one that has so many "packages" and is reasonably priced. I enjoy the convenience. If he's not careful I just may sign us up for Nutri System again for their convenience. That'll teach him! :)
Congratulations of Tucker! I had no idea he was in the marching band and played drums! Wow! Just like Jack! Way to go Tucker!!
XO Trisha
Thanks T! I don't eat the Omaha stuff often, but it's so handy when I don't want to cook!!!! Yes, interesting both grandsons like the drums!! xoxo
Good morning. Cooking is not my "inconvenient" button- it is the cleaning up that gets me):-
Marching with drum in band teaches good posture and music teaches math without anyone knowing to complain about it.
Have a nice weekend.
