Yesterday I roasted a turkey and finished wrapping presents and made some deviled eggs for Brian.....

The turkey was washed and dried. Then I cut a red onion and put it inside the turkey with some crushed garlic and pats of butter. Pats of butter went under the skin and the top was drizzled with my infused olive oil and Weber Garlic seasoning sprinkled on top...

The bird went into a 350 oven for 4 hours.

Bruiser couldn't keep his eyes off the bird while I prepped it!

The snow all disappeared by 2pm, as it had been warming up and raining..

Later it was some turkey for dinner (OMGOOD and Dude shared some and LOVED it!) with Erika's Blautkraut. Then chair, wine, and a Christmas Hallmark movie.

All I know. Nuff said. Merry Christmas! Ciao.
