Good 38º slight bit of ice on barn roof clear morning.
Yesterday was 10-3 and I forgot to post the radio code (Thanks P-Berger)
... "Stop transmitting".
Yesterday the radar was all to the east of here. We did have some clouds
come and go.... by noon it was still only 66º with winds on and off...

One thing for sure, with all the deer around here, and hungry!, I won't
have to worry about trimming my grapevines! They are devouring the grape leaves
as fast as they can!
You know the owl picture I posted yesterday... I made it my desktop
background ... thanks Ann!
Today is a special birthday... Becky Lundell (bride of Wilsonite
Greg!) HAPPY BIRTHDAY BECKY!! You show Illinois how birthdays are supposed to be
celebrated!!! Just remember, no matter how fun the celebration is.. the
police line-up the next day isn't! <g>
Historically this date...
Horrible!
1965 – Becoming
the first Pope to ever
visit the United States of America and the
Western hemisphere, Pope Paul VI arrives
in New York.
And births this date include...
1895 – Buster Keaton, American comedian (d. 1966)

Sunday football:
Later for dinner I was in a cooking mood... so some Prego
Basil Pesto Alfredo sauce, spinach egg noodles, veggies, and some Open
Nature Chicken Sausage w/ spinach and feta (fully cooked).
First I sauteéd the veggies and added in the sausage to heat up.
Cooked the egg noodles in water with Lawry's garlic salt and some olive
oil, then drained them well. Mixed everything together and added the sauce. Not
"pasta guilty" with all those veggies... OMGOOOOD!!!
Then it was chair, TV, and wine!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Sunday. Ciao.

Good morning. If you were looking for your rain, it visited overnight- washing away any home of doing a bit of exterior painting.
I love veggies with pasta. But my all-time favorite might be a simple version from a restaurant in Orlando. They paired spaghettini and broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes accessorizing with pine nuts and olives in a garlicky olive oil- with just a dusting of parmesan sparkled on at the table.
Happy cooking.
Our new desktop pic is your cat in the moon... love that!!p.j.
Beautiful skies! Thankfully it rained here during the night and continues this morning. "They" say it will rain until Tuesday. YAAAA I'd better have John turn off the sprinklers!
You have to be the healthiest gal in town with all the veggies you eat. I love veggies too but John can't eat the green ones. :(
Happy Sunday and football watching!
10-4 Over and Out! :)
