Good 46º cloudy morning.

 

Yesterday was nice. Only 73º by noon. Nice for Jorge and the painters working on the barn. Still only 81º by 2:30.

 

Breakfast yesterday was a bowl of low fat plain Greek yogurt topped with small heirloom tomatoes, shredded chicken thigh, Mrs. Dash, and some Parmesan cheese. OMGOOOD! Filling too!

And today is also Gary Hyman's birthday. Gary adopted the big black lab PJ found on the freeway off ramp and Janie Alden and I took him (Mr. Big Stuff) to Gary and Tammy who met us in Redding. He became "Sideways" and is best friends with Gary and their chocolate lab Jaco. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GARY!!!
