Windows 10 ~ Dude/Maggie ~ Subway Meatball Sandwich ~ Oysters

Good 54º somewhat clear but still smokey morning. Hit 94º by 3pm yesterday. Smoke stayed away til about noon, but then it came back in the valley like gang busters!

Let me share with you a computer thing... I have Windows 8.1 on mine and Windows 10 is now available free as an upgrade. I downloaded it and for two days had nothing but TROUBLE. My mouse, keyboard, and several other things would not work correctly. Also it kept dumping AOL, CONSTANTLY! Cutting and pasting anything to an email in progress would shut AOL down immediately! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR..................... I went to the control panel and had Windows 10 taken out and my old Windows 8.1 reinstalled. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........working good now! Don't do it.

Also, two years ago Dude came to live with us. He and Maggie:

She passed away 18 days later. I miss her every single day! Blessed to have Dude though~!

Breakfast: Low fat yogurt, fresh pineapple, banana, and some of Laney Blueberry Blossom honey....Mmmmmmmm!

First thing I headed into Rogue River.. post office to mail letter, bank to make deposit, Ace for cracked corn for the birds, and Rays for chicken thighs for Dude. I had purchased a gift card at Subway for a pal and when you do that you get a free 6" sandwich. I stopped yesterday to get mine.... meatballs, marinara sauce, pepper jack cheese, and tomatoes on a jalapeño cheese roll. OMG!!! See, no chips, just carrot chips!

AWESOME!!! I HAVE got to have another one of those!!!!!

Later I was lazy and just enjoyed my chair, a glass of wine, and TV.

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Hump Day. Ciao.

The Sub sandwich I ALWAYS get is the Club with everything on it on the toasted jalapeno bread. I always have jalapeno kettle chips with it. OMG good!

In high school I was a HUGE fan of Bandstand! I would come home from school and watch it every day. I would try to dance the way they were dancing. I hear some of the regulars had quite a fan following.

I can't remember ever eating oysters.

XO Trisha

If we were to share a plate- You can have the oysters and I would have the lemons.
We're so lucky to live where earthquake standards are taken seriously.
Time to refill the hummingbird and oriole feeders.

I was the same with American Bandstand!

Oysters are another thing I had never tried until I met Jerry. He introduced me to a very wide variety of yummy foods... And when I cooked for him he LOVED everything! A joy to cook for. xo
