Yesterday breakfast was fried eggs sat atop heated broccoli slaw, rice cake with melted mozzarella cheese, and two cheese stuffed jalapeño topped mushrooms.... (got those at Safeway and heated up in microwave)

 

Dinner was some mozzarella parmesan ravioli, cooked in Lawry's garlic salted water...

Broccoli slaw, Prego Basil Pesto sauce, and fake crab....

While the ravioli drained I sauteéd the broccoli slaw in some olive oil, then added in the crab and heated well...

Next the ravioli were added to a pan with hot olive oil and sauteéd until browned on each side...

I chopped a couple tomatoes, removing the centers and the runny seeds, everything went into the casserole Crock*Pot along with the basil pesto sauce (or use Alfredo sauce!) and set on warm...

When I was ready to eat, it was too. OMGOOOOOOOOD!!!!

TV, my chair, a glass of wine, and a good movie. Nice evening!
