me laugh and cry at the same time! I LOVED it!!!!GREAT DOG
VIDEO!
He sent the following..
Hi Sue - We're Rapid City, SD today. Day 28 of the 46 day relay from
Augusta, ME to LA. It's also day 9 of them the 19 days leg 2 from Chicago to
Spokane.
All of today's Torchbearers are Special Olympics Athletes. They have great
enthusiasm and drive, but sometimes they need a little help keeping control of
the torch, so the 3 deputies from LASD have been rotating in to assist the
athletes. Very rewarding.
Route map...
Take care,
Dale
Breakfast yesterday: I drained out some of the vegetables from the soup and
added them to a pan with butter flavored salt and a little olive oil.
Next I beat a couple eggs and added them in. Kept stirring until cooked
through...
Topped the veggie/egg mix with some plain Greek yogurt. OMGOOOOD!!!!

Can't remember when I bought this, but it came from Home Bistro ( http://homebistro.dinewise.com/category/complete-entrees )
and each meal is already cooked. All you have to do is put the packets in
boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes or cook in the microwave.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy TGIF. Ciao.

Beautician's Day
Beautician's
Day is your chance to show your
appreciation to those who make you look beautiful and stunning.
Beauticians
include your hair stylist, as well as manicurists. Their talents and training
transforms the everyday you into the beautiful woman you always knew was inside
of you. They make you glow, and feel great about yourself. The guys appreciate
your Beautician, too. Proof positive is when they turn to watch as you go
by.
It's
fair and fitting that you show your appreciation to your Beautician today. But,
we also found some reference to suggest that Beauticians consider this a day for
them to show their appreciation to their patrons. Now, that's a novel and
admirable concept.
