Good 37º full moon morning. Be careful out there!
The smoke from the control burn had subsided by yesterday
morning...
How nice the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William got a
sister for their little Prince George on Brother's and Sister's
Day!
Yesterday was Tucker's baseball game. Garrison Field on
William's Hwy. It was a beautiful day... 80º. Brian had taken Sami to swimming
lessons and got to the game about 20 minutes after it started. Thank goodness,
as he set up his SF Tent!!!! Whew.... we all cooled off right away!
Here it comes Tucker! Catch it!
YES!!!!!
Sami and Ben playing with my old cell phone... and Bella the dog, so sweet,
looking for goodies under the bleachers...
Ben loved the dog. Me too! She was sooooooooooo gentle and kind. I sat on
the bench petting her most of the game. Tucker's team won 18-9!
Historically this date....
1936 – Joe DiMaggio, familiarly referred to as Joltin' Joe and The Yankee Clipper makes his major league debut for the New York Yankees.
1957 – Walter O'Malley, the owner of the Brooklyn Dodgers, agrees to move the team from Brooklyn, New York, to Los Angeles, California.
YEAH!
And births this date
include.....
PJ gave me this beautiful Gila Monster wind chime for
"watching their place" while they were gone to Quartzsite. Thanks
PJ~!!
Dinner was what was in the cupboard....
Italian Pearl Farro (wheat grain) & Harmony House Freeze Dried
musrooms, green beans, corn, celery, carrots, and red peppers. Also some canned
salmon.
Reconstituted the veggies in hot water...
Sauteéd the salmon slightly in a little olive
oil....
Added in the veggies....
Cooked the Farro in my rice cooker then added it and some
butter and Sriracha seasoning and garlic salt....
OMGOOOOD!!!!
Then it was a Hallmark movie.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Sunday

Tucker has a pretty good stance. I forget about Quartzite. In season, very good craftsmen.
