Good 33º clear moon out ice on the barn roof
morning.
It only warmed to 68º yesterday. I had the heat on in the house.
Burrrr..... even wore a long underwear shirt and a sweatshirt when outside
working. It went from this.....
to this by afternoon. Thought it might rain earlier, but no.

Several people have asked about Kristen's battle with stage 4
ovarian cancer. Some good news... Originally when she was diagnosed the doctor
assigned her tumor a marker. The number was 580. The second time they drew blood
it was above 600. The next time it was in the 400 range. This past week it was
122 !!!!! The drugs (chemo/steroids) is working! Praise God!
I forgot these pictures yesterday. As Mike was leaving on
Tuesday he looks up at the mountain and says, "Say, do you see that mylar
balloon up there?" I looked and looked and finally saw it...
Mike has good eyes!

Finally got out there to mow. The front yard and the back. Emptied and
cleaned the 4 water tubs I leave out for the critters in the summer. Fixed the
hose in the backyard. Pulled weeds til my back was
screamin'!!!!

Dinner was mini won ton tacos ....
Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning...
Heat oven to 425º.
Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray, open the won tons and place one
in each hole. Add in a little of the ground meat, some salsa, and cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes....
Then I added a pinch of lettuce to each and a dollop of sour cream.
OMGOOOOOD!!!!! Perfect. Now I am going to make other things with the won
tons!!! My imagination is going wild!

Disgusting that Obama's family is so closely tied to radical Islam and terrorists! No wonder he wrote in his book when there is trouble he would always stand with the Muslims. That's not exactly the quote but, that's pretty much what he said. No wonder he's always putting down Christians! I am still wondeering why no one vetted him while he was running for prez!!
After all that hard work yesterday and with your back screaming I'm surprised you still had the energy to create a wonderful looking dish for dinner! Those are so cute!

At least I don't have to mow the 15 acres... I hire a guy with a brush-hog to do it. Yes, these won ton thingys would make great appetizers. Cooking time is short. Even at room temp they are good.

Did you know Obama also attended Catholic school? His mother seemed intent on exposing him to all faiths with no importance other than if you perceive something to be prejudiced against- it doesn't matter if there is an actual injustice or not.
