Good 43º clear sunny morning.
Here's the basics.... got a project and need to get it done. Regular blog
to resume tomorrow...
Mowed yesterday for several hours ... until it got too hot. Hit 82º.
A very
special birthday today.... Marion Michael Morrison - John Wayne May 26th 1907
-June 11, 1979 ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Wayne
A very
prominent Hollywood Republican!
HAPPY
BIRTHDAY DUKE!
A very close
friend of ours back in the day, was Sid Hackel. He was Capt of the Sheriff
Reserves at the BC Range. His brother was the Duke's official photographer. Sid
would go on the Wild Goose with Wayne fishing. They'd go hunting in Mexico. Sid
smoked cigars and this is a picture of Wayne smoking one of Sid's cigars....

In the late afternoon Tim came over and helped me box up the gun forms and

Check Jay's holsters... he makes some beauties...
Enough for now. Ciao.
