PICTURE OF THE DAY.... fox smelling daffodil ..
Dinner was some smoked pork that PattyK's Cliff had made,
along with the Loaded Cauliflower Casserole from Leah (Sunday's blog: http://oregonsue.blogspot.com/2015/04/roasted-carrots-gtanos-tuckers-so-cal.html )
I cooked some garlic cloves along with the cauliflower in the boiling
water, scooped them out and chopped them up while the cauliflower drained and
cooled. Into the bowl went the mayonnaise, sour cream, siriacha, paprika, black
pepper, garlic, mushrooms, some fresh snipped chives, and cheese....
Then I added in half a bag of baby spinach ...
Then I added in half a bag of baby spinach ...
When cool I added in the cauliflower, mixed well, added to cooking sprayed
9x13 pan. Topped with other half of cheese and bacon.
I'm going to make this again and again and maybe next time try it with
broccoli ... or a combination of the two, cauliflower and broccoli. I did like
the baby spinach in there too!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Tuesday. Ciao.

Oh that dish did look so yummy! I am wondering how you felt like doing all that with your back hurting. Yikes!
Your weather was just like ours! From cold and rainy one day and the next in the high 80's to 90! GAWD! My boys always got sick when that happened. :(
Those puns from Rod Johnson were funny! Don't you wonder who has the time to think up those things. Very clever!
Love the fox smelling the flower! Cuteness!
