Good 41º foggy morning. Yeah!
Yesterday I had a dental appointment. Joy. They had to 'fix' the crown the
edodontics dentist dug through for my root canal. So, a new crown has to be made
and I got a temporary one. Mouth is SORE! Whine whine wine! Dr. Susan Wellman is
great! So is her assistant, Shasta, and at the front desk is Becca. My pal, Liz
(I call her Lizardbreath!) is the hygienist. You always feel so welcome there!
Ahhh Missa
Row, how you go? How row you go Missa Row?
Hey, a big

am so pea green.

PICTURE OF THE DAY:
Speaking of Paris, I went on line to a favorite catalog...
PotpourriGift.com and ordered two sweatshirts and a hoodie... gettin' ready for
Valentines Day and St. Pats
This zip up hoodie had Paris all over it.... (Paris is on my bucket list!)
Breakfast yesterday was eggs,
cheese/garlic wafflecuits, and sliced tomatoes. "Wafflecuits" you say?
Yep.......
To Bisquick biscuit mix you only add
water. You don't have to make the whole package. Using a soup spoon, scoop out 1
rounded spoonful for each biscuit. Add water a little at a time to make a
spreadable dough. I also added a few drizzles of olive oil. Heat the waffle
iron, put one scoop for each on the iron, close lid and check after a couple of
minutes, and continue to check until the doneness you want. These were awesome.
A little salsa on the wafflecuit, a bit of egg, and voilá!
Heaven.
If you don't have a waffle iron I recommend this
one:
You can use it for waffles or a grill to cook bacon, eggs, steak, whatever.
The cook surfaces come out and are easy to clean (dishwasher).
Dinner was Couscous cooked with Harmony House dehydrated
vegetables
and a can of sliced mushrooms and some chives. I had some
smoked salmon patties so put them in the top of the rice cooker so they would
steam. (It's really amazing what you can cook in this rice cooker/steamer...
Then topped them with a new item, Siracha Mayo!
OMGOOOOOOOOOOD!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Tuesday. Ciao.

Chocolate Cake Day
Chocolate
Cake Day is a a chocolate lovers delight, and a day to eat cake. Why this a day
to "bake your chocolate cake....and eat it, too!"
On
this day, a white or yellow cake will not do. Nor, will part chocolate, part
white suffice. It must be chocolate, all chocolate. You can make milk chocolate,
dark chocolate, fudge, or any other type of chocolate cake.
The
only reference to Chocolate Day on the Internet is from Ecard and calendar
websites. This might lead you to conclude that this as a day for(and by) the
Ecard companies. But, we know better. This day is for you, and all chocolate
lovers.
There
are three objectives of Chocolate Cake Day: To bake a chocolate cake. To
decorate a chocolate cake. And, to eat a chocolate cake. Of course, if you are
to busy to bake or decorate a cake, then just eating a chocolate cake will
certainly
do!
