Football yesterday...
Let me say I was DISGUSTED at the Lambs players who came out on the field
with their arms up in "solidarity" with the asinine rioters and protesters in
Ferguson! Now POLITICS has entered into football????? I was going to say
something nice about the Lambs beating the Raiders, but not now!
Football tonight....

Hey mom, why are you taking my picture???
Yesterday I decided to make gravy that I didn't make when I cooked the
turkey. Also made some stuffing with lots of celery and shallots. A roux is made
with butter and flour... turkey broth is added and whisked til smooth. I also
added in some cream, garlic salt, sea salt, and pepper. Thick Southern-style!
I added the diced celery and shallots to the stuffing after sauteing them
in butter along with turkey broth.
Cut up tomatoes with Tzatziki, cut up turkey and stuffing with gravy. OINK
OINK OINK!!!!!!
The doe and her offspring were up in the pasture and Bruiser was
watching....
After that disappointing loss for my Patriots I watches a couple Hallmark
movies with a roaring fire in the wood stove.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Monday. Ciao.

Sorry about your Pats losing.
I was disgusted to hear those people came out on the field in sympathy with the idiots in Ferguson!! I am so ticked at all those people who couldn't care less about what the evidence proved! DISGUSTING!!!
Loved the looks of those stuffing muffins. Will make those sometime. Your gravy sure did set my mouth to watering!
Kevin called Eric on Thanksgiving Day to get the recipe and instructions for making his fabulous gravy. Kev made it and they all loved it.
YAAAA for all the rain we got yesterday and last night! I am thanking the Lord that November has passed with all it's wind and no fires for us.
XO Trisha
I agree with you T!
I am so amazed you got that much rain. Boy do you need it too. L said 1.75" ... that is a LOT!!!! xo
We're expecting a deluge today and tomorrow. At least as much as that last storm.
This is one of 2 thoughtful responses to Ferguson which have brought tears to my eyes. I wish this got more playtime.

It didn't bring tears to my eyes, but reading his thoughts gives me an insight to a very intelligent caring person. He's right about all his comments. Judging a book by it's cover has always been wrong.
