Good 60º couple scattered clouds morning.

Thunder/lightening predicted for some areas. Saw a friend Cedric Schreiber (LASD ret) on the news last night. He lives by the Selma (Oregon) fire, The Reeves Creek fire, and it came dangerously close to his home yesterday. He was ready to evacuate his 4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 chickens, and his horse! Fortunately he didn't have to.

Yesterday we hit 100.9º at 2pm. By 3pm it was 101.8º. And at 4pm it was 102º. UGH!!!!!!

I have been giving my dog Dude, the shed monster (if you ever had a lab you know how they shed! and he's also part Rottweiler!) this stuff called Shed Relief by LambertKay.

It's got omega 3 & 6 fatty acids that lubricate the coat and antioxidents vitamins A and E and soybean oil. It has cut down on his shedding so amazingly! Nancy got it for her Jack Russell, Skeeter, and said the same thing. I was buying it from PetCo but now get it from Amazon (cheaper!)

Then.... I saw Amazon also had another LambertKay product (  http://lambertkay.com/about-us/ ) called Boundary.

Bruiser has lots of claws and tends to claw furniture, also his scratching post and box, but the furniture is a no no and I have a water bottle I squirt him with. Anyway, got this and so far so good. He's really ignoring the places I sprayed! Yipppeeeee. They also have Boundary for dogs if there are places you don't want them to go.

Yesterday was over the top exciting. I paid bills, vacuumed, washed clothes, and found more "stuff" to get rid of! Salvation Army/Goodwill here I come!
