Good 55º cloudy morning.
So... dinner on Friday was the Ramen Buns and
burger...
Cook the Ramen 3 min in boiling water, drain, cool at least 15
min. I sprinkled on lemon garlic powder. One Ramen pacakge makes 2 bun halves.
When the Ramen has cooled, spray two narrow but deep bowls
with Pam, split the noodles between both, lay Saran Wrap over them and weigh
them down with something heavy. Put in fridge for at least 30 min.
Heat a skillet with olive oil and slide out the flattened
Ramen. Cook both sides until lightly browned.
Drain on paper towels, top with cheese slice if
desired.
Then I cooked the patty made from the turkey zucchini recipe
(yesterday's blog)...
I topped it with the bacon dip/Ro-Tel mixture....
OMGOOOOOD! I could only eat half.
So...... reruns today for lunch!

PJ and I headed into town about 2pm to check out Rooster Crow. We walked
through the booths.
Went across the street to have our pictures taken with the Rooster Crow
Bear and Rooster...
On the side of Ace Hardware a mural is being painted... on the far right side you can see a forest fire is burning..
Then to the VFW where we had a glass of wine and chatted with a group of old Jar Heads! Fun.
We were on our way back to the car when my friend John (last name should be
Law!) Foster came by... We joke about Baca. He went to school with him.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Sunday. Ciao.

Camera Day
Camera
Day is best celebrated with
pictures. Pictures are invaluable memories of our lives and of the world. They
tell stories. Our memories and stories are captured by a camera. With digital
technology, using a camera has never been easier. Cameras are now built into
cell phones, so you always have a camera with you, ready to record the moments
of your life.
To
many people, a camera is a vital tool to record important events in the family
and in the world. It captures the moment.....forever. It creates the memories
that we share and look back upon. From the birth of a baby, to high school
graduations, people take pictures at a fast click. Year after year, the camera
records family vacations, holidays and Christmas. The camera takes pictures of
good times, and occasionally bad time.
George
Eastman is the "Father of Photography". He didn't invent photography. He made many
photographic inventions, and created the mass production that brought cameras
into everyday use by millions, if not billions of people. His most famous
slogan "You take the picture, we do
the rest."
Celebrate Camera Day today in a memorable way. Use your digital
camera and click the day
away!

Looks like you and PJ had a fun day. Didn't you find anything to buy at one of those booths?
I keep meaning to make the Ramen burgers and haven't yet.
I'm with you re Gary Busey. I cannot stand to look at him when he has his mouth open. Those teeh are HUGE. Wonder if they are false. I honestly think he is a few bricks short of a load! Weird!

I had forgotten about that. Made me laugh!!!
I agree with you about Busey. I think the teeth must be false, maybe from the vehicle accident he was in a few years back. Or maybe just vanity.
