Good 45º cloudy might rain morning...
Yesterday with impending rain and a whole lot cooler day I
decided to wash and shine up my golf cart. I also managed to get in some mowing.
So much more to do! Pressure started dropping and we hit 79º.
Mike showed up and started weed-eating the fence line, around
trees, slopes, etc. Everywhere I can't get my mower and everywhere Rick can't
get the brush-hog. I was going to call Rick and see when he could brush-hog my
pastures and he called me first! Yes, a week from next Wednesday. Mike was a
Fire Chief here in RR a few years back (before we moved here) and will handle my
ginormous burn pile. Yes, a fireman taking care of that!!! A good
thing. And Dude just LOVED Mike. Wouldn't leave him alone!
Here is another good Cinco de Mayo recipe... from Betty
Crocker... "No Roll" enchiladas
This is fun. Dogs annoying cats to be
friends.....

Those enchiladas look super good and I think I could bake them in my little trailer kitchen oven. We don't have a cat but there are some feral cats that won't allow hugs here in this pretty park woods.
These enchiladas do look good. I learned years ago not to roll enchiladas from my pal Brenda, the ultimate cook of Mexican foods, but layer the tortillas ..... works easy. xo
