Good 51º POURING rain morning. So far since last night whenever this storm
started, we've gotten 1¼ inches!!! HOLY MOLEY. The creeks a risin!!!
I hope you changed your clocks
... or you are going to be late for church!
Here's a recipe my sister Marion sent to me in 1999. GOOD!!! I cook like
she did, I make up recipes as I go along... This she called
Marion's Gourmet Tuna Casserole
1 large can water packed tuna, drained and forked into small pieces
1 bag egg noodles
1 cup sour cream
1/2 pkg baby spinach leaves
30 small mushrooms, crispy fried in olive oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup with garlic
corn bread stuffing
cube butter
Spray cooking spray in casserole dish.
Cook and drain noodles.
Mix sour cream, tuna, fried mushrooms, and spinach
Place half the noodles in the baking dish
Spread half the tuna mixture on top
Drop by spoonfuls half of the mushroom soup
Repeat layers
Top with stuffing mix, enough to cover
Melt butter and drizzle over stuffing.
Bake 350º 35-45 minutes...until bubbly.
This could be made with canned salmon, or even canned chicken.

This from Kenny....
The Dept of Defense briefed the President
this morning. They told President Obama that 2 Brazilian soldiers were killed in
Afghanistan . .
To everyone's surprise, he collapsed onto his desk, head in his hands, visibly shaken, almost in tears.
Finally, he composed himself and asked, 'Just how many is a brazilian?'
This is not surprising, since he obviously has no understanding of
billion or trillion either.

Love the Pancho Villa picture.
Tell me if you see the resemblance. When I saw the photo of you and Alex at Brian and Jen's wedding it struck me how much Sami looks like Alex. Just the hair color is different.
mmmmmm Love the crab meat photo! YUM YUM.
