Good 31º somewhat less foggy morning. The weather people can't
seem to make up their minds.... looks like the predicted rain has gone away and
now snow for Friday?
Went into town yesterday. Not too bad with the rain, a few sprinkles, but
came home and the downpour started! We got 1/2". Glad I was home by then.
Just prior to the downpour....
Toasted my Darling with his favorite drink... HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEW!
Had a good chat with Jeannie and Linda .... While I was talking to Jeannie
the Bruise was napping...on his back... so funny and cute..
Dinner was a turkey sandwich: turkey, cranberries, lettuce, BF mayo, on
Ashland sourdough bread. YUMMMMMM!!!!
A snuggy fire in the wood stove, stupid shows on TV and some football......
this made Pacific Northwest fans happy ... the Sea Chickens are on a
roll...
Got this from 'old' Temple Deputy, Brian Cook.... this is
great! "The Christmas Scale'.
It's hard to believe that the greatest message the world will
ever hear is contained in one simple scale.
Ok, now here's some interesting advice... on items you use but are probably
using wrong...
Historically this date...
1960 – The musical Camelot debuted at the Majestic Theatre on Broadway, and would become
associated with the Kennedy administration.
1964 – Berkeley Free
Speech Movement: Police arrest over
800 students at the University of California, Berkeley, following their
takeover and sit-in at the administration building in protest at the UC Regents'
decision to forbid protests on UC property.
1967 – At
Groote
Schuur Hospital in Cape
Town, South
Africa, a transplant team headed by Christiaan Barnard carries out the
first heart
transplant on a human (53-year-old Louis
Washkansky).
1976 – An
assassination attempt is made on
Bob
Marley. He is shot twice, but plays a concert two days
later.
1979 – In
Cincinnati, Ohio, 11 fans are
suffocated in a
crush for seats on the concourse
outside Riverfront Coliseum before a
Who
concert.
2012 – At least 475 people are
killed after Typhoon Bopha,
makes landfall in the Philippines.
And
births this date include...
.... so, how u likin'
that '3 squares' a day and free room and board?
All I know. Happy Tuesday. Nuff said. Ciao.

Is the pillow from the Sheriff Dept.? What do the numbers mean? So nice to see your names like that. Love t&g
That is a throw on the back of the rocking chair.. the numbers are Jerry's and my badge numbers... his was 909 which was also a code for "hazard" ! LOL. Mine, fortunately had 3 8's instead of just 2 because backwards a 288 is a sex crime against children! Yikes.
The paino scale video brought tears to my eyes because of it's simplicity. Too bad he didn't realize that while his mamma was alive. Beautiful.
I got a kick out of the "tips". Very good!
Loved the pics of Bruiser sleeping. Animals are so funny while they are sleeping.
Yum yum sandwich! The best part of cooking a turkey are the leftovers! I also put dressing in mine.

Glad you enjoyed Trish! Never had stuffing in a turkey sandwich, but have you had cranberries on your pumpkin pie? GOOD!!! xo
I toast my bread, put lettuce, stuffing, turkey, dill pickles and mayo. Oh stop it!! Now I want one!! :(
No, I didn't even have any pie for Tksgiving. Just can't seem to want dessert anymore. I have decided it's the sugar in the wine that satisfies my sweet tooth. lol
Will be making your cranberries for Christmas tho! :)
XO Trisha
Good thing I missed apple pie day announcement- there is still something to make me fat I didn't eat this week):-
