Good 32º foggy morning. Day 7. Yesterday about 2pm
while I was in the kitchen working on the turkey soup I heard some strange
noises. Then the water started trickling out of the faucets I had the valves
open on. OMG WATER~ It slowly filled the toilet tank and I got emotional when it
would flush!!! So, left it trickling. Unfortunately the stress has returned.
It's still just trickling, not free flowing! A call into the plumber. Me thinks
that is because there is another broken pipe somewhere and the water is going
out ....... Gadz I am sooooooooooooooooooo tired of this. I want things back to
normal.
I did go into town yesterday... post office, bank, market, and Ace. Got
lots of veggies for the turkey soup. I had boiled the bones and some with meat,
set the pot on the outside back porch. Brought it in and took the meat off the
bones. It was frosty and partially frozen.
Then I chopped up a leek, celery, carrots, mushrooms, and added in some
mini-potatoes.
Also added in basil, garlic powder, diced jalapeños, salt and pepper, and
some grape tomatoes....
Today I'm going to thicken it up with maybe cream of mushroom or chicken
soup or... flour and water. We'll see...

A couple of special occasions today... my dear friend from high
school, Annalee (Carlin) Fortini and her man Led are celebrating their 45th
wedding anniversary today. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY KIDS! What a glorious wedding you
had... red carpeting and huge white Christmas trees in the church, our pretty
green dresses and holly bouquets!

Ok, back to stressing over lack of water and this weather. Becoming more
cranky! Guess I'll take out my frustrations and clean the house. Joy. Can't do

*There are at least three kinds of fish
in a traditional bouillabaisse. These can include conger, monkfish
(lotte), mullet, scorpionfish (rascasse), sea bream
(dorade), sea robin (grondin), silver hake (merlan) and
turbot. It also includes crab, langoustine, mussels, sea urchin and
octopus.

C'mon down.... i'm going to g.p but D will be here. he may be out back working on emptying hot tub we don't use it when it's this cold and it's burning a lot of electric to heat it!!!winter SUCKS !!!p.j.
