Good 46º foggy morning. Yesterday warmed to 68º... I was
working outside and it was really warm. Beautiful though!
My friend, Adele (Easton) is on a trip with her husband and
some friends. They just left Nashville Tennessee and passed through this
town.... LOL>
Yesterday the turkeys were standing in my front yard...
It's as if they are saying... "hey, whatcha doin'?"
I forgot to mention yesterday that my pals Jeannie and Bill
went to the show and saw "Last Vegas". She said they both loved it. Hilarious
movie and no cussing! Imagine!
Now here's an interesting video of how training films were

high school pal Annalee (Carlin) Fortini is celebrating her special day... HAPPY

husbands! And one was Cary Grant! Lots of money and not a happy
person.
Dinner: I put a 3# rump roast in the oven with cracked pepper and
garlic powder on top... 300º for 3 hours.
I also made the boiled/smashed/roasted potatoes... (boil small
potatoes til fork tender, drizzle olive oil on cookie sheet, mash each potato,
drizzle on olive oil, add salt pepper herbs and parmesan cheese. Bake 450º 20
minutes) They were ok, but didn't flip my skirt. Very tasty, but I think I might
make them again ... boiled and tender, cut in half, oil drizzled, then topped
with salt/pepper/cheese and roasted.
If you lay a wood spoon across the top of the pot it won't boil
over...
Also had some mini squash... when done I just laid a slice of
provolone on top and let it melt... YUMMY dinner!!
The leftovers from the roast are now in the crockpot with a large
can of green enchilada sauce. Will cook until falls apart and make tacos! AND
will put guacamole on them!
All I know. Nuff said. Ciao.

Your dinner looked delcious. Too bad the tatos didn't flip your skirt, they looked good. What time is dinner tonight? I just had to wipe up my keyboard. LOL
Josh Duhamel is a funny guy. He use to be on All My children when it aired and he was really good. Not bad to look at either. giggle.
Veronica Lake was so pretty. When my hair was long I would always tell my hairdresser, give me the Veronica Lake look. They would look at me like I was nuts. I'm pretty sure they did not know who I was talking about.

Becky and I enjoyed Last Vegas... it is a movie for those
in our senior years. The younger set just won't get or
appreciate the humor that we laughed at.

Bruiser is a treasure . another rags to riches story like our Riviera.. Bruiser started as a barn cat and Rivi started as a dumpster diver. they were so smart to see some people could be worthy of moving in with.Dude is a lucky boy too!!p.j.
