Good 53º clear sunny morning. Supposed to get close to 100º today. Ugh.     

Yesterday I "fixed" my rainbird sprinkler. It was leaking around the, I-don't-know-what-you-call-it, where the hose attaches and that part attaches to the other thing....... anyway, I put silicone around it. Let it dry all day so will try it out today....

 

My hairdresser/friend Leah got some new chickens...

She posted their picture on FB and said they, as of yet, don't have names... so I suggested the following:

So, yesterday morning early before it got hot we took Dude on his run.... Maggie and I rode.... (I know...lazy!)

Coming back the Bruise greeted us.

He jumped up on the seat. Ahhhh.... yes, sniffing dog and one peeing dog!

Then he jumped in the bed..... but as soon as we moved, he was GONE!
