Good 52º clear rooster crowing (ugh) morning. This was yesterday afternoon at 3:30...

 

Saw this and made me think of the friends I have gotten reacquainted with in the past few years. Nice!

 

 

Yesterday I did a few things I have been putting off. One was print out my whole email address book from the computer. Then I fixed the weed eater. Called the plumber about a new filter for my well pump, and to fix plumbing under my sink, and get a new garbage disposal. I know, next is the dishwasher! New plumbing first. Then I pressure washed the back patio. Was going to do the front steps but it was so hot I caved and came in and took a shower.

 
Then the pooches and I went for a ride to the trash can...and Dude ran all the way back. He loves doing that!

 

Speaking of hot.... my pal Linda (Nantz) in Woodland (near Sacramento) called last night. It was 107º there! OMG. They have a lovely turn of the century old house.... with no AC! Melting......... Of course it's that hot at Nancy's  (Kujala) house in Yucca Valley and I'm sure the same at Joan's (Petit-Clair) in Palm Desert! I'm sorry, it hit 90º here and I melted!

Yesterday "evening" a landscape gardener, Aaron, was supposed to be here to see if he could help me with the side yard garden. By 7:30 he still wasn't here so I called and left a message. At 8pm I locked the gate. Never heard from him! Hmmmm.... guess business is too good and he doesn't need any more.

 

Was going to cook dinner, but lost interest waiting for the guy who was supposed to show up! So, snacked. Here is my desktop picture.... sooooo cute!

 

My grandson Jack has graduated from Jr. High and headed to high school next September... Congratulations Jack. I love you! xo   He'll be a Freshman Baby (†♫♪ ♪♫•♥ born in the navy ♫♪ ♪♫•...) and his sis Alex will be a Senior! They have grown up tooooooooooo fast!

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Saturday. Oh, the burglary perp that 459'd Patty and Cliff's home is in custody! YEAH!
