Naaaa, not really. Good 57º some drizzle morning. Got more rain in the night but for the 3rd day of this "storm" so far only 1/4". Not enough! Then by the weekend it will be 95º. UGH.

Yesterday I got a call from Aaron the landscaper. He was sick. We will have to reschedule for another day. So, I engaged in my old hobby... making earrings.

 

It was rainy and cool...so Maggie, Dude, and Bruiser spent a lot of time out on the porch... Bruiser keeping an eye out for critters he'd like to chase!

 

 

Dinner was lobster tail (finally!) with risotto and avocado...

Remember the process....  and after the butter is clarified, brush it onto the tail, sprinkle with paprika (or garlic if you prefer...) and bake at 400º 15-18 minutes.

The Bello Ready Risotto is good! Quick. Easy. I bought it through Amazon.com ... several flavors... 4 Cheese, Mushroom, Saffron, Asparagus, and something else.... It's not cheap, about $4 a box, but it saves you all that cooking and stirring and stirring and stirring!

 

I stirred fresh basil and dried leeks into the risotto.... ranch dressing and garlic seasonings on the avocado. OUTSTANDING!!!  Oink!

 

All I know. Happy Tuesday. May see Andy and Linda today as their hot rod club is on it's way from Sacramento to Vancouver WA for a car show. They will be spending tonight in Grants Pass. Nuff said. Ciao.
