Good 41º no frozen dog water morning! Rain on the way.
The 'day after St. Paddy's breakfast' :
Make a patty out of the Colcannon, add in some of the mushrooms, brown
slightly, add egg.
If you have been watching the TV series "The Bible" you will notice the
similarities...
This video is a riot. My friend NancyP posted this on her FB page... You
have to watch to the very end... that is where the big laugh is! Turn up your
speakers!
Yesterday I was into the throws of putting up a new shade in my bathroom. The old one broke after 12 years. Not
just a "shade" but a 57"x 58" top down/bottom up honeycomb shade. Chore! The new
bracket didn't match up with the holes from the old one, so had to drill new holes and install the different bracket. Then
figuring out the instructions... sheesh, they might as well have been in Greek!
Also, climbing up and down on the tub platform was a pain! But, I got it done as was
happy. Been procrastinating doing this for two months!
Of course, the Bruise was there every step of the way helping me (?).
Historically this date.....

Independence: One of the biggest
engagements of the war takes place at Crossbarry, County Cork. About 100 Irish Republican
Army (IRA) volunteers escape an attempt by over 1,300 British forces to
encircle them.
1987 – Televangelist Jim Bakker resigns as head of
the PTL Club due to a brewing sex
scandal; he hands over control to Jerry Falwell.
And births this date include...
Playing with a new photo tool (Thanks Laura for the info!!!)
.... Here is a picture of Maggie and three different takes on it...
Just like the masters would have painted her!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Tuesday. Ciao.

Sue,
What a hoot that 88 yr old woman was! I was hoping she wouldn't fall down those stairs! I see she was wearing her medalert necklace just incase. :)
Good job girl hanging those shades! Me? I would have called in a handy man! I am impressed since you had to drill holes, etc. WOW!
Maybe I will have some colcannon and egg too this morning! Yum!

It was the old lady's last comment that got me! LOL. As for the shades, if I wasn't such a procrastinator lots of things would get done around here! Sigh... You will love the colcannon and egg! xo
LOL LOL I had to go back and watch the little old lady at the end. Guess my speakers weren't up loud enough. I missed it the first time. What a HOOT! You don't expect to see a little old lady saying something like that!! Too funny!!
