New Years Eve w/ Friends ~ Bloody Mary Day

Good 34º gloomy cloudy/foggy morning.

I hope everyone had a fun New Year's Eve. I did. Partied it up with friends and had good food and adult beverages!

While getting everyone to line up for a picture... Bill had other ideas and planted one on Jeannie!

Awwwwww......

Then we got everyone in a picture....

L-R: Jeannie, Bill, me, Dee, Dale, Tom, Kathy, Barb, & Mel.

Then the 'guys' decided that they needed a "Choirboy" picture. Dale and Mel were/are in the Choirboys MC Club (retired/reserve/active law enforcement with Harleys) with Jerry, so Dale dragged out some CB vests and we posed!
LOL.... my shirt says "I Only Date Cops" !! True.

A fun afternoon with good friends and Dee put out a spread of food to top all. One thing that we all loved were those scoops chips and she mixed salsa with finely grated cheese. OMGOOD!!!
Dee also fixed snickerdoodle cookies, she had paté and caviar and some great crackers from Trader Joe's, blue cheese dip ..... and lots of other stuff I can't remember. It was all good! Dale made martinis. Yummy.

HAPPY NEW YEAR GIRLFRIEND!!
Love what your shirt says! Good one!
Glad to hear you had a great time with friends. You all don't need a reason to party but NYE is the best reason! :)

Silly me! I nearly forgot the Rose Parade was on until I read E's email! For years my tradition was to sit and eat fruit cake and drink egg nog while watching it.

I had better get to it!

Hugs, Trisha
