Yesterday I got horrible news. My friend
Joan, who works at our vet's office, posted that her husband Gary had passed
away on New Year's Day.
Gary had this awesome truck he'd drive in the

Here is a great site:
http://palletmastersworkshop.com/flipside.html where you
will find those famous-among-us who have served in our military or supported
troops by entertaining them. I LOVE this site!
So pretty then the plastic doc changed it
all.
Do this....
1 can (7.5
oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated tender layer biscuits
maple-flavored or real maple syrup
Peanut butter or your favorite jam, if
desired
Spray
waffle maker with cooking spray. Heat waffle maker.
Separate
dough into 10 biscuits.
Place up to 4
biscuits at a time on waffle maker.
Close lid
of waffle maker; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve
immediately with remaining ingredients.
Waffles can be wrapped and frozen up to 1 month. To serve,
toast in toaster until thoroughly heated.
For a fresh start to the day, serve waffles topped with
strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
So, yesterday also, my modem went kaput. Turned off. Long
story. Called phone company. I could order a new modem. Decided to wait and talk
to Brian (IT and phone company savy) Called the cell of our phone guy, Bob, and
while on the phone trying to leave a message on his cell, the modem came back
on. I hung up. Next thing Bob is calling me. Said neighbors having trouble with
their phone and he wanted to come up and check phone lines (they go through my
property) I told him why I had called and he laughed and said this was "weird"
like Twilight Zone. He'll be up here today sometime. I hope it all stays on!
Law Enforcement/Fire luncheon was good and fun. Had good
story telling time! I had a grilled "big bird" which is turkey bacon and cheese.
YUMMMMMM!

Sue,
Sorry to hear about the death of your friend's husband. That makes two in just a couple of days.
(I talked to GS on the phone day before yesterday)
You know, what struck me about the famous folks of yester year who were such wonderful patriots.... They fought in wars and loved their country. Now compare that with what we have in Hollyweird today! A bunch of lib bums who don't seem to care a whit about saving this country! What happened?? Was it the schools?? Even tho my boys went to these schools we taught them at home about being good decent citizens. It's a mystery to me!
Have a good one!
XOXO Trisha
Our schools have changed 100% since we went. The college professors are all lefties and teach the up coming teachers their ideas and ideals. So, that's what is teaching in our schools. Sad.
