Good 51º somewhat cooler morning. Was HOT yesterday. Had to go into GP to
have my orthotics checked. Derrik said I'm doing great. I noticed the pain in my
foot is pretty much gone now at night. Yeah!
Then ... guess where I went.....
.................then met up with Dee, Jeannie, and Bill at the Elks for a
glass of wine. Janelle, the bartendress, took our picture... on the left is Ron Schwartz, former Chief of Police of GP.
Ron just walked up when we were posing, and he said, "you can chop me off
the picture" ! No, Joe. We missed Dale, he was working at the hospital.
When I was heading out the other day I saw Frank and his adorable grandson,
Evan, out for a ride.... I took this picture and then forgot to put it on the
blog. Evan will have a baby sister in a couple of months.
Today is my sis's birthday. Marion died in May of 2004 from leukemia. I miss her dearly
and daily! Picture in 1954....
