Good 45º drizzling morning.
Just a trace of rain. Heard it in the night. So.............. another day I
can't spray weeds or mow. Don't worry, I'll think of something to do!
Wayyyyy up in the pasture is a vulture sitting on a gate... he's been there
a couple of hours. ??

A system of government where the

So... yesterday I went into Medford (again) ... the cloud formations were
interesting...
Seems like the month of May and now June are being renamed my "doctor
months". I went for a mammogram last month, "something" was seen and a biopsy
needed ... Not the most fun! But, that turned out ok.
Then got a tremendous pain in my back, right side at dimple, and after
sitting on a heating pad for a day my doc saw me. New doc. Like her! She thought
it may be kidney stones so took urine test. Came back with blood in urine.
Geesh. Had a cat scan...
Turns out .. nothing in the kidneys.
Another urine test turned up blood still, so off to see a Urologist. He
checked the cat scan and said I needed a Cystoscopy. In other words, he put a
camera in my bladder! Sheesh! "Cystoscopy is a test that allows your doctor to
look at the inside of the bladder and the urethra using a thin, lighted
instrument called a cystoscope
". (No pictures here~! UGH) To quote the doc, "your bladder is perfect." Cool. I could see the image on
the monitor. Interesting how many blood vessels are in there! Doc said not
unusual to have blood (and in my case, only detected with a microscope and only
1 or 2 cells found) in urine. More common with women. So.... no cancer or
anything. Yeah! Good to go. Now the next step is an appointment with my back
surgeon (3 years ago had L4 & L5 fused)
to see if there is a problem reappearing.
Sigh...... All of this is a pain in the tushie, but worth it to find out the old
bode is ok! The urine blood thing had me over-researching and the scary part was
possible bladder cancer! Incurable. I laughed when he said about the bladder
being perfect, because when I had my colonoscopy, that doc said I had a perfect
ass! Ha ha ha... now both the front end and rear end are perfect!!! :o) Ok,
sorry.
If you haven't seen this remote control car and the cows... it's HILAIOUS.
They are like a bunch of dogs.... Thanks Rod Johnson.....
Today would have been a very special person's birthday... Chief Jack Goslin of Avalon Fire Department. (June 8, 1936 - Nov 29, 2010) Here is Jack on his Harley ....
..... and with his wife Pat and my Jerry on a visit here a few years ago.......
Historically this date....
1789 – James Madison introduces
twelve proposed amendments
to the United States Constitution in the House
of Representatives; by 1791, ten of them are ratified by the state
legislatures and become the Bill of
Rights; another is eventually ratified in 1992 to become the 27th
Amendment.
And births this date include...
......... "Wigglesworth"? Are you kidding me?????
I certainly would LOVE to meet this whole family~!~
UGH! Can't stand his comedy or his acting! Dork!

Found this guy crawling on the kitchen floor...... Hmmmm..... Interesting.... Sent him on his way...... outside....

Thank you BFF!!!!! I am so relieved too. I agree about Gabby Giffords. A miracle for sure. As for the creepy crawly, I HATE killing anything! UGH. Hard to do sometimes, even though... I can kill flies and wasps with complete abandon! LOL

Hi Sue. You don't know me. I found your blog while trying to find an old friend of mine that I lost touch with years ago, Steve Geon. Your blog was from last year, Nov. 17, 11, Steve's birthday. He was a police officer for LAPD and I lived in the Chicago area and last saw him when I visited my brother in California, years ago. He was living in Alhambra and later Upland, Ca I think. We first met on a cruise, kept in touch for a while and then lost touch. Is there any way you could put me in touch with him or him with me? My name is Carla. If he would like to contact me, could you give him my email address: cj30920@yahoo.com? If it is not possible, could you send me an email just to let me know? I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much!!!!
