DON'T FORGET TO SET YOUR CLOCKS AHEAD WHEN YOU GO TO BED TONIGH!
I know, I know... whine whine whine .... you will lose an hour. So, go to bed an hour early! When I was working earlies I would get to go home an hour early and still get paid for 8 hours. Sweet.
I did chores yesterday then went to town to pick up a chicken to cook for the Maggs. Got that going in the crockpot and went to Nancy's for wine. We messed around with her phone. It takes pictures but she didn't know how to get them off the camera. It has a teeny tiny mini card that goes into it but I think it needs to stay in the camera full time and then put in the adaptor and into the computer to remove the pictures. Otherwise it is one picture at a time to put them onto the card. Anyway, long story, she is going to see the US Cellular guys the first of the week. So, after that we drank wine and chatted. Dave came home and more blabbing..... I got home, I think, at 7:something! It was dark and Maggie was happy to see me!
Dinner was some sea scallops I coated with olive oil and then Bacon Salt (www.jdfoods.net ) and then fried in a hot pan of olive oil. Then I added lemon juice and let it thicken a bit. I served them on a plate of fresh cilantro.
A cilantro leaf with every bite!! OMG GOOD!!!
.............or you could use fresh Italian parsley.
OH MY..... this is FUN! I just learned something new with my PhotoShop! It's called "liquify"..... Just wait until I "fix" some of the photos of my 'friends' !!!! LOL Here is the Maggster before and after......
Just think what I can do to the Prez! :o)
I forgot to mention in my drivel yesterday at the luncheon this lady, Helen, sat next to me. She's originally from the Sacramento area and said she had a son-in-law who was a LA Co Deputy.... Clint Dillon! OMG. I know who Clint is. He retired some time ago but was a Sgt. at Homicide. Any of you LASD folks will know what a small world this is!

I worked with Clint on many homicides in the early 70’s. Great guy.
