You've been tempting us with your waffle iron experiments for weeks now. Please let me know what kind you're using. I've decided to commit to another small appliance and am blaming it on YOU! :) I have an antique one that's the pits to clean so a new one is in order.
Your sauce on the brick of cream cheese sounds like a recipe I got from a church cookbook in Springfield, Mo. in the 70's. They used jelly and fresh grated horseradish for the sauce.
