I was in a cooking mood, so had some mini gold potatoes....
Cut them in half and cooked about 15 minutes in boiling salted water,
drained.
Then with the rest of the ingredients..... button mushrooms, sweet potato
ribbons, artichoke hearts, baby carrots....
I cooked the carrots in salted boiling water also, for about 12 minutes, and drained.
The mushrooms were cut in half and drizzled with olive oil and "fried" in
the Air Fryer (http://www.powerairfryer.com/how-to-videos.php)
and same with the sweet potato ribbons...
Drained the artichoke hearts and everything went into the big fry pan....
some garlic added, stirred well, and then the cheddar cheese sauce, and
heated...
I cooked an Omaha sirloin in the Air Fryer.... and Taaaaa Daaaa...
That was a GREAT idea. OMGOOOOOD!!!!
