Warmer ~ Tree Stump Artist ~ James Duran ~ Thanksgiving Photos 2 ~ Sunday & Monday Football ~ Mousse

Good warmer 28º morning.  10º really doesn't make that much difference. It's still colder than a well digger's shovel!!

This 2 minute video was shared by Deewayne Honnee Preimsburger.... what an artist! Turns a tree stump into a beautiful piece of art! Thanks for sharing DP!

Yesterday stayed cold .... started out at 17º but did warm to 25º by 9am. Then by 10am it warmed to freezing!

Yesterday's football:

And tonight's game:

Yesterday was exciting. Laundry. I worked on some Christmas stuff. Loaded photos into my computer and tried to stay warm. Had a roaring fire in the wood stove and enjoyed a couple episodes of Blue Bloods and a Hallmark movie.

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Monday. Ciao.

Low Temps ~ Sunday Football ~ Micol Klamm ~ Coyote ~ Kristen Alex & Jack ~ Thanksgiving ~ Lemon Cream Pie

Good 17º clear morning.

For the past few days it has dropped in temperature in the morning down to 19º. Now today it's lower! Yesterday morning Kristen and Alex and Jack left, heading back to So. Cal. Hated to see them go!!! Texted with Alex about 9:30 am and she said they were in Weed and it was still 19º. Had warmed to 29º here by then. By 1:30 we were at 59º. Heat wave!!! They got home safe and sound. Yes!!!

Sunday football:

Today is a special friend's birthday... Micol Klamm. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICOL!!!

Yesterday for some reason I was feeling puney. Just didn't want to do anything. Did manage to get a load of laundry done, dishes done, and a fire in the wood stove. Soup for dinner.

November 29th
National Lemon Cream Pie Day

CREAM PIE or CREME PIE
A plain pastry or crumb pastry shell with a pudding filling (butterscotch, chocolate, frangipane and vanilla are most common). Try a banana cream piecoconut cream pieor a strawberry or raspberry cream pie.
What’s the difference between cream and creme? Just the spelling. Creme is an Americanization of the French word for cream, crème (pronounced KREHM), most likely adapted to make the dish sound more special. But why mispronounce another language’s word for cream? Unless it’s a French recipe, such as Coeur à la Crème, stick to cream.
