Good 46º pretty clear morning.
Warmed up yesterday and the sun was great. I had both doors open with just the screen doors closed.NICE!!!
Breakfast yesterday was plain waffled corn biscuits topped with three kinds
of peanut butter (Chocolate Cheesecake, The Bee's Knees & White Chocolate
Wonderful) and on one some Simply Fruit Strawberry Jam ... and the leftover
deviled eggs...
I had to laugh, had face-time with Sami first thing and she was
eating breakfast (her choice for her birthday no doubt!) .. a donut, kiwi fruit,
and a spoonful of peanut butter.
This is hilarious ladies... and men you will enjoy too! From my pal

together ....
Pain in the neck day yesterday ... my sink stopped up and I thought I had it somewhat
fixed when the dishwasher overflowed! SH*T!!!!! What a watery mess. I called
Mike Artoff and told his wife Sue what the problem was. She said she didn't know
when he would be out. BUT, great guy that he is, he came by on his way home and
got it all fixed!
Mike Hannan, Jennifer's BF and former RR Fire Chief, got here in the early
afternoon and started on some yard clean up projects. Lots of tree fall, fences
across the creek clogged up, and there was a bunch of stumps and stuff down by
the front of the barn he brought up and put in the burn pile.
He also fixed my footbridge out back..
When he was done we sat with a cocktail and chatted a bit.
Reruns for dinner, chair, wine, and TV. Zzzzzzzzzzz... and a nap!!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy TBT. Ciao.

March 3rd
National Cold Cuts Day
Lunch meats - also known as cold cuts, luncheon meats, sandwich meats,
sliced meats, cold meats, and deli meats. These are pre-cooked or cured meat,
often sausages or meat loves, that are sliced and served cold or hot on
sandwiches or on party trays.
As my friend Trish Bowler told me, wrap some deli turkey in a lettuce leaf
for snacking.
Mmmmmmmm..... I love it. Good for you, tasty, and quick and easy!
No guilt here!!!

GOOD morning. This is an experiment. See if the day goes better when it is greeted in all caps.
Tyler Florence is one of our favorite TV chefs. Classic American man-food presented with class.
Love the yellow warbler on the Audubon site.
Today, I iron. Let the fresh scent of starch steam in my face...
Blessings-
Yes, the Warbler is pretty! What bird are you??? xo
LOL I just took the bird quiz and got the same as you, Rufous Hummingbird. That's fitting I guess because our "pets" are Hummers. :)
You set my mouth to watering with our turkey in the lettuce wrap. I also put a stick of string cheese in it too. Filling and oh so good with mustard slathered on. Low cal too. :)
Oh man, when it rains it pours! The life of a home owner! We just had to purchase a new garage door opener, new rubber molding and lube the rollers. Couldn't believe the cost of all that! A great company tho and got a discount because I was a repeat customer.
Wonderful family photo!
XOXO Trisha
Thanks T! Yes, nothing cheap about repairs. Jerry used to do just about everything around here and the costs were a lot lower! Just had to keep him happy with tequila, cigars, and western movies!! The turkey wrap made me hungry, so had a couple for breakfast today. xo
