Glasses ~ Motorcycle Airbag ~ Musashi w/ The Girls ~ Julie ~ Lobster Tail

Good 43º clear sunny morning.

This is going to be a short version of the old blog... lost my glasses. I know! Using cheap-o store bought reading glasses that really don't help when the computer screen is over arm's length away. Heading to the eye center asap this morning to get new ordered.  I have three pairs of glasses, driving for distance, reading, and my "computer" glasses. Have no idea whatsoever what happened to them.

And since it was Flag Day yesterday Rogue River had all their flags out...

Photo of the day...for you motorcycle enthusiasts...LOL....
Motorcycle safety has taken a huge leap forward with the invention of the motorcycle airbag.

They have a great sushi bar but we sat at a table so we could gab easier!

Pull meat out of shell by making a cut down the entire length of the tail on top.

Put meat on top of the shell. Brush with clarified butter* and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 400º for 15-18 minutes. PERFECT every time!

* Melt the butter over a med heat and simmer a few minutes until you can see the solids separating. Take a spoon and skim off the solids. Voilá. Clarified butter
