National Bittersweet Chocolate With Almonds Day

National Almond Day is February 16th, National Chocolate Day is October 28th, National Milk Chocolate Day is July 28th, and National White Chocolate Day is September 22nd.
You could also make a Chocolate Almond Delight...

1/2 oz Amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz chocolate vodka
1/2 oz Baileys or other Irish cream liqueur
1/2 oz white cream de cacao
1/2 oz Godiva or other chocolate liqueur
2 oz half and half or cream
ice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass.
Option: almond or chocolate cookies... finely crush them and plate on a plate, moisten rim of glasses, and press rim into cookies to coat.
Of course... you'd have to have a full bar of items to make this!!
