Towing 101 ~ BLT ~ Buffalo Dip ~ Sangria & Shrimp

Good 29º not foggy morning. Supposed to be overcast some today.... weather is predicting rain for tonight. Sorta knew that was coming, these old arthritic hands have been hurting since yesterday!

OMG, you have to see this. Sent via Vince Govanatori re Ed Chenal (both LASD ret.)

One Wednesday I did some errands.... Safeway, PetCo, Brian's office, and then met up with Bill and Jeannie at the Elk's Lodge. They were having a BLT and it sounded good. I ordered one too. Brought half home. Eric makes the BEST BLTs!!!! That was dinner.. Bread toasted, mayonnaise, good tomato, and SUPER CRISPY bacon!
Last night was reruns of the veggie/ravioli concoction. Soooo good! That orange juice along with the chicken stock was a great idea!

OK, now this made me drool immediately...
Buffalo Dip
1/2 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
7 oz plain Greek yogurt
2 TBSP buffalo sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp garlic powder
a small handful of blue cheese (optional)
  1. Mix together the mayo, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce.  Slowly add the garlic powder, starting with 1/4 tsp and adding a little more at a time until you reach the desired taste.
  2. Top with blue cheese and serve with cut veggies.

All I know. Happy TGIF. I guess next week is Christmas Vacation for most students. Although, I know "they" now call it something else! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr............... It's still Christmas! It's not 'Happy Holidays' it's MERRY CHRISTMAS! HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hate it that the far left leaning 'want to make everyone happy' let's change everything in this country to suit the legal and illegal immigrants from around the world pushy adam henry's have gotten the government to lean their way! The United States of America we grew up loving is not any more. (Sorry..off the soapbox) Ciao.
