Rain ~ Doves ~ Greece ~ AWESOME Dog Photo ~ Shrimp Salad


Good 53ยบ cloudy possibly rainy (50% chance) morning.

 
It poured on me coming back from Medford yesterday afternoon, but not much rain fell here and none in GP! Those sneaky little cells!

 
The doves have returned! Every spring the little darlin's show up.... these guys were sitting in the grass in the backyard...
They frighten easy, so I poked my camera lens through the blinds, but as you can tell, they were looking at me!

Dinner last night was shrimp salad...

Boil the shrimp in water seasoned with Old Bay Garlic & Herb, garlic powder, and sea salt.... drain and cool.



Lettuce, baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, and shrimp into the bowl.


Make a dressing with mayonnaise, lemon juice, citrus pepper, sea salt, and Tuscany seasoning...... AWESOME!
