Monday Football ~ Fast Food ~ Chicken/Tortellini Re-Make ~ Doe & Fawns ~ Sally Harwell ~ Dogs ~ Helper Bruiser ~ Brownies

Good 51º sprinkling morning.
Yes, we got more rain yesterday. I had planned to go into town for some shopping, but the rain was coming down in buckets, so I deferred shopping.
Last night's game:

Speaking of food...the meal I fixed on Saturday was ok, but not up to the standard I prefer.... Started with freeze dried onion (didn't have any fresh), dried basil, olive oil, diced canned tomatoes, artichoke hearts, fresh tomatoes, and tortellini...
Fresh mushrooms and chicken tenders...

Sautéed the mushrooms, added in the fresh cut up tomatoes, canned diced tomatoes, and sautéed all..
Re hydrated the onion and added in chicken tenders and cooked until chicken was no longer pink...

Mixed all together and heated well...
Found some ricotta cheese and added that in along with the cooked tortellini ...
Ok, so that didn't float my boat. Yesterday put all that in the casserole Crock Pot, put on warm, and added in the two jars of Prego...

OH YES!!! Just right, creamy cheesy bacony yummm!

Out in the downpour yesterday was the momma deer and her triplets....
  Getting muddy out there!

2pm.... cloudy gloomy!
