Yoga ~ HB Del! ~ Dirt Devil Stick ~ Eagles

Good 37ยบ raining morning. 1/2" since yesterday.
At least it's not a full moon AND Friday the 13th!!

Yesterday was uneventful. I got out the new yoga mat and the yoga DVD and started that. OH MY. Not easy. Some sore muscles today. Doc said it would be good for me to strengthen muscles, since my activity level is not high with the old back of mine! Will see. I think the hardest part is getting down on the floor and back up again!!! :o)

Today is an old high school pal's birthday, Adelle Easton Graves. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEL! She was in W'63 and I was in S'63.
Funny picture... she wanted me to Photoshop some devil horns on her picture for FB.

I bought a Dirt Devil Broom/Vac a number of years ago.

Rechargeable, cordless.

What a piece of junk. I finally replaced it, today from Amazon, with a new version...the Dirt Devil Stick... You can use it with the attachments or without.

It has a cord and was only $20. The rechargeable cordless one is $60. The broom vac was about $80. I am happy happy as it is light as a feather, works great, and it's a cinch to do the stairs.

You can check on the Iowa eagles... growing...
