Mo' Ice ~ Wal-Mart Yuck ~ Ormie ~ Goop Dip

Good 24º icy, again, morning! Hey, dumb a** Al Gore, get your booty up here or go to the mid-west to see your asinine globalwarming!

So frozen yesterday.... the turkeys were hanging out early as well as all the little birdies ...

Ok, this is just bizarre.. there are lots of weirdos at Wal-Mart ripe for picture taking, but this takes the cake! Look closely...

I almost threw up! Unimaginable.

Ok, my friend Lynn Helbing sent another good one.. This shows so much talent and imagination~!
Ormie the Pig:

Did some baking yesterday and wrapped stuff. Then off to BFFs Patty and Cliff's for cocktails and gift exchange with BFF PJ and Dave. Patty fixed a big plate of luscious shrimp with a horseradish catsup sauce that was awesome. Drooling again thinking about it. PJ brought some yummy Brie and crackers. We also had Patty's Famous Goop... an awesomely good dip for chips or toasted pita bread of veggies. I, not in a creative mood brought pre-made guacamolé and jalapeño chips....

Goop

1 small carton of small curd cottage cheese

1 8oz cream cheese, softened

1 bunch green onions chopped

3-4 canned jalapeños, chopped

3 T. jalapeño juice

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

1 T. French dressing

3 T. mayonnaise

Salt - Pepper - Garlic powder to taste

Mix all, cover, refrigerate over night. Add more jalapeños or green onions to taste. For more heat add crushed red pepper flakes.

Took this great picture of Patty and Cliff....

Got PJ in her stylin' hat.... SAFARI>>>>>>> and Big D...

National Pfeffernuesse Day
Pfeffernuesse is translated as 'pepper nuts,' a traditional German Christmas cookie or biscuit that is lightly spiced and lightly sweetened, then rolled into a ball and some powdered sugar to resemble little snowballs! Leave a plate of pfeffernuesse for Santa Claus and he's likely to fill your stocking!
