My Own Siren! ~ Sausage Cheese Biscuits

Good 50º morning. 96º yesterday.

My neighbors, Frank and Cindy came by Sunday and brought me goodies for my birthday...

A rather large bottle of Shiraz (mmmm), corn (cron!) and zucchini and summer squash and cucks (Cindy is the gardener extrodinairé!), a succulent plant , and a siren for my golf cart! Whoot whoot whoot! Look out.... all I need now is a red cherry on top! I found one, but a little expen$ive ($80)....

Will have to wait a bit for that. Anyway, fun. The veggies will go into a cheesy casserole. I really am blessed.... I have a wonderful family, super friends, and the best neighbors!

Sausage Cheese Biscuits:

1/2 lb sausage(any flavor you like) cooked & drained
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
…2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cup shredded cheese(i like cheddar, jack or hot pepper the best)

Preheat oven to 350 & spray muffin tins with Pam. Put dry ingredients in a large bowl & mix together then add eggs, oil & milk to that to make a batter. Add sausage & cheese to batter & fill tins. Bake 22-25 mins or till the tops are golden brown.
