Goats ~ Baby Turkeys ~ Margarita ~ Ravioletti/Sausage/Vegetables ~ Corn On The Cob

Good 39º sunny clear morning.

Forgot to tell you, on Thursday I called my neighbor to see if any of her goats were injured or missing after I heard that one screaming at 4:30 in the morning. She said she'd go check. She did say she had one goat that is a "whiner, and maybe she had a nightmare". Her name is Bellarose. Anyway, got an email later and Maria said all the goats were there and fine. Good!

I looked out the back window and here was a momma turkey and about 10 of her little baby turkeys... so cute!

Yesterday was haircut day. I stopped to see Brian first at his office (good to see you at Brian's office Lynn McConnell .. LASD ret !), then off to Shear Perfection for Leah to do my hair. SHORT!!! Summer is a comin'.  She does such a super job always and we always have a good visit!

I had bought (from Amazon) a margarita mix raved about by Patty's son Chuck... "Dr. Swami & Bone Daddy's". So I made a margarita.... and it was SUPE GOOD!!! That will be my cocktail again tonight! Thanks Chuck!

Dinner was the "concoction" I made Thursday... First I chopped some celery, portobello mushrooms, and sweet yellow and red peppers, and had some broccoli slaw....

I sauteéd the mushrooms and cut up sausage...

Then in went the vegetables with a bit of added olive oil and lid on to cook...

I cooked and drained the ravioletti (small bite size ravioli) and then stirred them into the pan and added the sun dried tomato Alfredo and heated through..

OMGOOOOOD!!!!

While I was in the kitchen the turkeys were out laying in the shade..

Pretty out there...

Then, of course, it was chair, wine, and TV. I watched the Dodgers vs the Giants at San Francisco AT&T Park...

The Dodgers won 3-2 !!! WHOOT WHOOT!!!!! At one point a homerun was hit into the stands and caught by (he looked like) a grandpa. He was so excited and then handed the ball to a young man he was sitting next to. Probably his grandson! So neat!!! The kid was THRILLED!!!

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Saturday. Ciao.
