Good 33º morning.

So, yesterday I had to go to Medford for a Membership meeting at the Republican HQ with Ruth, Laraine, and Laura. One my way down my drive were one of the pairs of my geese.... I had put out some corn for them earlier and they just hung around. So, instead of flying away they just walked down the road in front of my car! Funny guys...

By the way, it's a good thing that Osama is dead, but there is a picture circulating in the internet of his remains. It is a fake picture. It's been around for several years..... The WH hasn't released the pictures of him yet, so be patient.

This one has been photo shopped!

And for some more good news, a week ago I had to return to the Women's Imaging for a biopsy of my left breast. They aspirated about a dozen of what was miniscule calcified pieces the size she said of 'pepper'. Teeny tiny. They said the results would be available in a couple of days at which time they'd call my GP doc. I waited and waited. Finally yesterday I called the doc's office and was told "everything was fine. no evidence of any cancer". WHEW...... breathing again!!!! Apparently they had sent me a note in the mail. Grrrr... Mail in Oregon goes by mule!!! Anyway, thanking God at this moment! Oh, and the letter was in yesterday afternoon's mail.

Since our House representatives in Salem are doing such a good job getting the bill passed to keep military funeral protestors at a distance from the funeral, there is also a group called Patriot Riders who stand between the grieving family and friends and these evil protestors with American Flags. Watch this video....

In downtown Medford on Riverside as I was coming home there was this car carrier that looked like it had hit something and was stuck in the road. All the streets were blocked off and traffic re-routed. What a mess.

Then I got home and Mr. Ground Squirrel was sunning himself!
They are cute, but pains in the 'you know what' with their tunneling.

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Wednesday! Ciao.

mmmm Chicken! I have a lot of respect for chickens, especially fried and on my plate! :)

So glad your doctor report was good! I hope your procedure wasn't as painful as mine when they extracted fluid from a cyst. Ouch!

How is your membership going? Fun to see you so involved with the Republican women!

Hugs, Trisha

Pia Tom and I together with Tommy Berg and his wife, Patsy, saw her perform a couple times at the Riveria when he husband owned it. A cute, talented little number she was. I know Tommy Berg thought she was very cute. Sorry, I have been so busy lately preparing for the move next Thursday, I haven't read too many e-mails and I am trying to catch up this evening. Great news about your test. Truly a blessing, but good things do come to come people. Happy Cinco de Mayo tomorrow. Have a Margarita for me! Sarah signing off ...
